Chris More - Web Engineering

I have been designing websites and web systems in scarborough for 13 years and have considerable experience in online marketing and the use of the internet as a tool for promoting your business. A large part of my experience was gained in the selling of gifts and collectables through my own successful online retail store during the period 1995 to 2006. Dealing with customers across the world I gained a hands-on knowledge of the the day to day running, maintainence and development of online marketing.

Bright, Bold & Simple

Getout clause - The phrase Bright Bold and Simple is in no way indicating the attributes of my wife and two children illustrated in this image. Intelligent, Good Looking and Delightful does fit in context but doesn't have the same punch as the former

Good images bring websites to life. Being resident in Scarborough I have a vast resource of local images suitable for Scarborough websites. I have taken many thousands of photos of the area some of which have appeared in books and on TV which are ideally suited to Scarborough web designs.

Keeping websites simple, easy to navigate and above all search engine friendly are the primary motives in my web page designs. Fancy widgets, flashing banners, images that scoot across the screen are all good examples of a technically advanced web designer, but, they very rarely help a website become effective and re-visitable by your customers.

The most visited site on the internet is one of the simplest in design - Google. Simple web design that creates huge traffic.

If you are looking for a simple effective scarborough web designer then don't hesitate to contact me for an initial chat.

Although based in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, I am able to work on projects across the globe.

Please browse through my recent projects, some these are Scarborough based web sites, others are across the UK.
